    Law If any provision of these terms and conditions is prohibited by law or judged to be illegal, void, invalid or unenforceable (in whole or in part) by any court or administrative body of competent jurisdiction for any reason, that provision shall to that extent be deemed not to form part of these terms and conditions but the enforceability of the remainder of these terms and conditions shall not be affected and shall remain in full force and effect.

    These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England. You and Browzar agree that the courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any claim or matter arising under or in connection with these terms and conditions.
